Stephanie has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and teaching since 2017. She is a comprehensively trained, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with over 600 hours of trainings and certifications. She holds a degree in Human Nutrition-Dietetics and believes highly in the power of nutrient dense whole foods paired with efficient movement practices as pillars in everyone's wellness journey.
After several years of living and teaching in Los Angeles, California, Stephanie and her husband felt called to return to the mountain communities where they were raised, relocating to Colorado in 2021. Her time in such a dynamic and demanding environment played a pivotal role in shaping both her teaching approach and personal growth, strengthening her ability to work with a wide range of bodies and movement needs.
Stephanie brings extensive experience working with a diverse clientele, from high school students and high-performing athletes to adults in their 60s and beyond. She is deeply passionate about supporting any body with a desire to breathe more efficiently, move with greater intention, and develop a more connected relationship to their body. This philosophy is reflected in her enduring commitment to the perinatal community.
As a certified prenatal and postnatal Pilates instructor, Stephanie has guided countless women in building confidence through movement, cultivating pelvic floor awareness, and improving resilience throughout pregnancy and into postpartum life. In addition to her work in Leadville, she collaborates closely with leading pelvic floor physical therapists at Summit Pelvic Health, providing coordinated, evidence-informed care designed to optimize client outcomes.
Through both personal practice and years of client work, Stephanie recognized that optimal breathing is not simply an accessory to movement, but the foundation of every effective session. When breathing is integrated intentionally, it becomes essential for developing true core strength, improving posture, and executing movement with greater power, efficiency, and control.
Alongside this foundation, she observed profound benefits when mobility work and self–myofascial release were thoughtfully incorporated into Pilates practice, allowing clients to move with greater ease, resilience, and body awareness. Drawing from evidence-based methodologies, her own lived experience, and extensive professional training and certifications, Stephanie was inspired to create sessions that seamlessly integrate these elements.
This vision led to the creation of Aligned Sessions—an approach designed to help clients strengthen the deep core, restore spinal and pelvic alignment, enhance focus through refined body awareness, and ultimately enrich daily life while supporting individual fitness goals within her mountain community.
Stephanie has a profound love of learning that keeps her continuing education with annual workshops, trainings, and enjoying different movement modalities with seasoned peers all throughout the world. Because she believes that movement is important in each phase of life and values the importance of meeting your body where it is, you will find her sessions are approachable and creative to suit clients of all levels. She holds space for you to really connect to your body and celebrate your strength through movement.
