Policies

Time is valuable and appointment times are limited. There is a strict 12 hr cancellation policy we kindly ask you to adhere to. If you cancel within 12 hrs you will lose your credit or the cost paid for your session and it will not be credited back or used when you reschedule. Multiple cancellations and late arrivals in one calendar year will respectfully be subject to discontinuation of services. 

Please do not come to your session if you are ill, have onset of symptoms, or are in early recovery from being ill. Please reach out if you are experiencing any of the above and we will work to get you rescheduled 1-2 weeks out.

Again time is valuable but we understand things can happen. Please let us know if you are running late. Your session will still end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late so please always do your best to schedule appropriately. 

Grip socks are mandatory for your session.
