1:1 Sessions and 2:1 sessions are 55 minutes and classes are 50 minutes.
Aligned Sessions offers small group classes of up to 5 individuals, private 1:1 sessions and semi-private 2:1 duet sessions. These sessions may include the use of one, or any combination of, the listed Pilates apparatus: Pilates reformer, tower, chair and other props and training tools to ensure a balanced movement practice. 1:1 sessions may include the Cadillac.
Pilates can improve strength, mobility, posture, balance, and coordination. It may also help reduce stress and tension, pain, and improve overall body awareness. Aligned sessions are important for self care in any phase of life.
