For expecting mothers, sessions are aligned with your needs and goals, empowering you for a transformative journey. This session is ideal for core and pelvic floor awareness, strengthening, and injury prevention. Sessions will help get you back to movements you crave postnatal.
Re-align, connect, and restore your core and pelvic floor through evidence based practices in your customized sessions. Whether you have given birth within the last month or several years, its never too late to awaken your optimal alignment and strength. Techniques used in each session will improve pregnancy related injuries as well as help heal diastasis recti, getting you back on the road to what you love to do. For those who desire more fascia focus, this combo session offers the best of both worlds! 30 minutes of slower focused equipment based movement and 25 minutes of self myofascial release with the Roll Model® Method protocols.
This is a high energy, low impact session sure to get your heart rate up and core engaged! Break a sweat with well timed jumping circuits on the Pilates Jumpboard balanced with strength and endurance circuits utilizing the reformer and props such as the small ball, bands, magic circle, and light weights. Creative and challenging, This session is for those who have taken at least 3 equipment sessions.
